Who we are

We are a licensed California contractor specialising in residential ventilation cooling: whole house fans, attic fans, roof-mounted and solar attic ventilation, and the attic venting work that makes all of it perform.
We work almost entirely in one climate — the southern San Joaquin Valley — and that focus is deliberate. The hot-day, cool-night pattern here is what whole house fans are built for, and knowing the local housing stock means we can usually predict what we will find in your attic before we open the hatch.
How we work
- We size from measured volume and verified vent area, not square footage alone
- We quote added venting up front instead of discovering it on install day
- We say no when a fan is wrong for a house
- We service what we sell, including years later
- We service other companies’ installs too

What we do not do
Being clear about scope saves everyone a phone call.
HVAC system replacement
We are a ventilation specialist. For furnace and condenser work we will point you to someone who does it daily.
Roof replacement
We flash our own penetrations properly, but we are not a roofing contractor.
Sell you a fan you do not need
If your attic venting is the real problem, we will tell you that first.
