QuietCool installation
Installed, vented, sealed and tested
The fan is one line on the invoice. The venting, the damper seal and the mounting are what decide whether you are happy with it in August.
- Free in-home estimateVolume measured, attic inspected, existing net free vent area calculated, placement agreed.
- Written proposalModel, CFM, any venting to be added, electrical scope and price — in writing before anything starts.
- Install dayTypically a few hours for a single-fan home. Drop cloths, clean cut, framing-mounted, insulated duct run.
- Venting and controlsAdditional exhaust venting installed if specified, controls wired and placed, damper closure verified.
- Test and hand-offRun on every speed, airflow confirmed, window pattern and runtime walked through with you, warranty registered.
What is in the price
- The fan, sized to your home rather than to a price point
- Insulated duct and a sealing damper
- Framing-mounted installation with vibration isolation
- Controls and electrical within the quoted scope
- Warranty registration
- Cleanup and haul-away
Quoted separately when your house needs it: added gable, ridge or roof venting; new dedicated circuits; a second fan on long floor plans; and any drywall work beyond the fan opening itself.
We quote these up front rather than discovering them on install day, which is the entire reason the estimate happens in your attic and not over the phone.
