Dealer tier

Top-tier dealer status, and what it buys you

Dealer tiers are earned on volume, training and service record. The practical effect for a homeowner is access, support and turnaround.

What the tier changes

Higher dealer tiers generally unlock the complete product catalogue, priority parts and factory technical support — which matters most on the jobs that are not routine: tile roofs, vaulted layouts, multi-fan homes, and diagnosing an intermittent control fault on a six-year-old unit.

It also means our installers are trained on current specifications rather than on how the product worked three revisions ago. Damper and control design have both changed materially over the last several years.

What it does not change

It does not make a fan right for a house that needs different venting, and it does not change the physics of air changes per hour. A dealer badge is a supply-chain fact, not an engineering one. We would rather tell you the honest sizing answer than sell you a bigger unit.

To fill in: confirm the exact dealer tier wording and dealer ID that QuietCool has on file for you, and swap it in here and on the other QuietCool pages. Do not publish a tier you are not currently certified at.
